Terms & Conditions
- Entry is open to Australian residents only.
- The competition will run from 1st May, 2016 and close 23rd May, 2016. Winners will be selected by 01th June, 2016 by the Dig-In team. The winners will be announced on Facebook and contacted via email within 24 hours after the final decision has been made to arrange for delivery of the prize.
- To enter participants must submit at least one dog food recipe (suitable for pet consumption only) via the competition page at http://dig-in.com.au/dog-recipe-competition/. Recipes submitted elsewhere, including on Facebook or via email, will not be counted as an entry.
- There will be five (5) winners, each winner will receive 1 tub of Dig-In Digestive Gravy, valued at $35 including delivery to an Australian address. (Total prize giveaway of $175.00)
- The top 25 recipes will be chosen by Dig-In team and published in a dog food recipe eBook.
- Entrants in the competition may enter multiple times, but entrant can only be awarded 1 prize.
- Entrants can submit their dog photo together with the recipe. Dig-In team serves the right to use the photo with the entrant’s and the dog’s name in the eBook if the entrant’s recipe is selected without any compensation to the entrant. By submitting the photo the entrant warrants that he or she has all necessary rights to provide the photo to Dig-In.
- Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Dig-In team serves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where there is a reasonable suspect of any unlawful conduct or if there has been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
- Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
- Dig-In team’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entries.
- All personal information will be handled in a way that complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website http://dig-in.com.au/privacy-policy for more information.
- The Promoter of this competition is HiCare Health Foods (ABN 11163466368 ) of 11/100 Burnett Street, Buderim QLD 4556
